Whilst we aren't able to view or provide any personal information via the Forum, our Contact Centre can certainly take a look into this for you and see what is happening. They're available by calling 13 17 19, or by logging into your Online Banking and selecting the "Message us Now" button - both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
