Cannot access the Bankwest 'Message Me' function even after logging in when overseas

I do not have my phone on my overseas so cant receive the necessary SMS to transfer money. I have logged in to my Bankwest account to try and use the 'message me' function as per previous advice however that link doesnt work when overseas - it justd comes up with 'timed out', 'invalid location'- exceptionally frustrating. How can I possibly contact bankwest or use online banking if I have no phone and the 'message me' function isnt working properly even after I log in? I hate the fact I have to log in enough as there is absolutely no internet security where I am.

Hey @MattBank, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with our Online Messaging function, that's definitely frustrating. 

Would you mind flicking me through and email to forum@bankwest.com.au with your forum username, full name and best contact number (if you don't have your phone with you, perhaps that at your accommodation) so I can arrange a specialist to get in touch to assist further?
