Hi, I moved to Canada recently and as such cancelled my Australian phone plan so I don't have access to the SMS codes. I was trying to log onto y online banking to change the phone number on my account through the online chat but entered my password incorrectly and it has now locked me out. My phone plan doesn't include international calling and I believe the international help number incurs overseas fees. Just wondering if there's any other way to sort out this mess!

Hi @MattWilson, sorry to hear this.
Whilst we can only issue the SMS Codes to your registered Australian mobile, an exemption can certainly be placed on this if you have no access to your network whilst overseas.
You'll need to be verbally identified for this, so we'd ask that you call our Contact Centre on +61 8 9486 4130* from a landline overseas. Is there perhaps a phone at your accommodation you can call us on? I do apologise, but to have this done we will need to speak with you on the phone. Resetting your Secure Code can also be discussed at the same time.
*This is a 24/7 Reverse Charges Number, however as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
