Hi. Yes I am selecting the credit option. Swiping works but if I need to use a chip reader, the pin never works.

Thanks for confirming @wau2. This is just a case of America (and other countries) not yet accepting/implementing PIN for payments. Australia, for example, implemented this as an industry standard to combat fraud. So you'll need to keep signing while in America.

And what are we to do when they do not accept signatures because it is a security chipped card?
We are also in the USA (Florida), and are not able to use our card!

Hi @Adrianl53, if they'd do not accept PIN they should then accept signiture. If you'r card does not seem to be working overseas we would need to look into this to ensure there are no holds on your card. May I ask, did you notify us of your travel? If not you can do this by logging into the Bankwest app and selecting the international section. ^Sarah
