Hi ,my mortgage broker put an interest rate on my loan documents different from the one she verbally told me and sent it through and has since settled. The CIO are following through with our complaint and we have been advised to send an email to BankWest to can you please email me the correct email address to email@example.com as twice I have rung and been disconnected thanks

Hi @michael98, I'm sorry to hear of the experience you have had with this. Whilst we don't have a centralised email address, you will be able to forward the info through BankMail, via the "Message Centre" tab of your Online Banking. It will be received by our email team, and responded to within 1 - 2 business days. I hope this helps.
