Why is the Halo Ring so bulky - will there be any modifications made to its design?

Message 1 of 2 3,086 Views

I have received the Halo Ring and found that band is quite thick, not only in width but also depth (approx 3mm) - the depth of the band being the more problematic issue out of the two. This makes it uncomfortable to wear on the middle finger and as such have placed the ring on my pointer finger.

The Halo ring is also made of a heavy material and so the bigger it is, the heavier it is.

Therefore, will modifications be made to its design to make it more wearable?

Hi @INQUISITOR, thanks for getting in touch.

I'm sorry to hear that the Halo Payment ring isn't quite what you expected in terms of fit. Whilst we have no plans to amend the style of ring at present, I will ensure that your feedback is passed on for any future enhancements.

Thank you.
