Hi Bankwest Forum
* The Bankwest website was recently changed and it now has a problem * I always save the current webpage whenever I pay a bill or want to record the current conditions of my accounts * It now fails to save the webpage properly * How do I contact Bankwest to get this fixed ?*
* I am using Firefox 41.0.1 on a Windows XP-SP3 system * It used to work fine but it now fails to save the "htm" file *

Hi @POSAM-Ron, we don't recommend saving the webpage for online banking. You do have the option when you make a payment or transfer to email the receipt to yourself. In regards to recording the conditions of your accounts, we do have a facility available to download the current transaction listing to excel.
