Recist or Foolish Descion for my Personal Loan Application

Hi,

I applied personal loan of $ 19200 and I get call from your bank to sign
up paper work. as on 31/08/2017 I visited your Ellenbrook Branch to sign
up contract. Me and My Wife signed Loan contract. Personal Loan A/c Settled in Online Banking etc. and she said at present I am unable to disburse loan so tomorrow morning your will get money in your account.

During meeting I said that I loaned $ 20000 to my friend and he is
unable to repay my money and i needs money for Investment thats why I am taking this Loan.

Now this matter misunderstood by your bank rep or your bank took foolish decision regarding my loan and rejected my loan.

Otherwise,

I am earning $ 85000 Proof submitted
My wife Earning $ 35000 Proof Submitted
I have my Own house and 20 % Deposit I paid
No any Other Loan, no single $ outstanding.
25000 Already Investement
Only AMEX Card - rarely i used $ 100 since last 10 months.

Then Why you rejected my loan? or Your Bank just wasting their time and
people time?

Your bank decision to reject my loan broken my trust/confidence on
Australian Financial system.

I just wants to say don't laugh on your customer or don't take foolish
decision otherwise those who not care their customer one day disappear
in this competitive market

Hi @Hasmukh5, There are a number of other factors that come into consideration when approving a loan, and it's not just based on your financial situation.

For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum so I'm unable to see what's happened with your application. If you can please send me through your full name, forum username and contact number via email to forum@bankwest.com.au I will arrange for a specialist to call you and discuss what's happened. Thanks
