How do I cancel D.D. from overseas without phoning . D.D was not set up on line so I have to contact bank. Email is the only way I can contact bank . I only have my android phone.

Hi @lincoln66 if you have the app downloaded on your phone, you can chat with our Online Messaging Team at any time to cancel this. Log in and hit the 'Ask us' button from the bottom of the menu.
If you don't have the app but can into the full version of online banking using your mobile browser, select the 'Message us now' button from the bottom of the page.
