So i recently went to a Bankwest branch in Western Sydney to order myself a Halo ring, however when i got there a staff member recommended that i order the ring half a size bigger than what i intended as apparently it would make it more convenient to remove regularly.
I had my doubts, and was reluctant to take the risk, but trusting the staff memebers prior knowledge with the product i took their advice and ordered the ring a little bigger than i initially intended.
Since then, i have recieved the ring and unsurprisingly the ceramic ring slides off my fingers with little resistance. I’ve nearly lost the ring several times and thus it’s become useless in everyday life.
I am aware that refunds can’t be granted if the wrong size is ordered, however i believe the advice i was given was misleading and i wouldn’t be in the situation if it wasn’t recommended i get half a size bigger.
Would i be able to exchange my ring for a different size?

Hi @16reshn, thanks for getting in touch. I'm very sorry to hear this has happened and can appreciate the frustration this has caused. If you could please flick me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, the branch you went to and your best contact number, I'd like to have a specialist get in touch to discuss this further. Thanks!
