I logged into BOB the other night and I could not proceed to my accounts until I ACCEPTED 92 pages of Terms and Conditions.
Hello? 92 pages? Are BW for real?
Is this humanly possible or legally reasonable?
Bankwest need to respond with a sensible answer on this.
Please advise. Thank you.

Hi @wsetralia, having to read through such a long document before being able to log in is definitely not ideal and I completely understand that you have better things to be doing with your time.
Legally we are obliged to make customers aware of any changes in the terms & conditions of our online banking, so we would always encourage customers to review this document whenever any changes are made. As this document covers the numerous functions of our accounts and online banking, it is a bit long I'm sorry.
Section 5.3 on pages 53 & 54, contain the key changes you are agreeing to off the back of our implementation of sending faster payments through the NPP and are the reason we do require you to agree to them before accessing your online banking. Please feel free to skip through to this section.
