Account number

I want to transfer funds into my account from overseas but I the account number I am putting in is asking for two more numbers

Hi @5289, thanks for your enquiry. As the funds are coming from another bank, we wouldn't be able to advise what is required on their side I'm sorry, as all processes differ from bank to bank. Bankwest account numbers are 7 digits, and the BSB's are 6 digits, so putting in any other numbers (ie 0 at the start of the account number) could affect the transfer. It may be best to discuss this with the sending bank to ensure that there are no delays.
