Account Fraud

An unfortunate end to a recent holiday in China resulted in my dads wallet being stolen and money being stolen from our account.
I would like to highlight the excellent service we received from the BankWest Fraud Department. Our funds were returned within a week and the staff maintained regular contact throughout the process.
A big thank you to all involved

Hi

I am in the process of trying to open a case for my fraud incident overseas but no one will listen, the fraud department won't listen to me nor return my calls, I have requested many times to speak with a manager and have been refused.what can I do?
Please help

It was to do with binary options trading. It has come to a point where i am requesting a withdrawal from my account and I keep getting told that the money is not mine anymore because if some reason. I have extensive voice recordings of our conversations and copies of their T&C's to prove that they are unlawfully withholding my money. I have tried to contact someone in bankwest who is willing to help, but I keep getting pushed aside. Can you please help?!
