I would like to highlight the excellent service we received from the BankWest Fraud Department. Our funds were returned within a week and the staff maintained regular contact throughout the process.

I am in the process of trying to open a case for my fraud incident overseas but no one will listen, the fraud department won't listen to me nor return my calls, I have requested many times to speak with a manager and have been refused.what can I do?
