Just querying why I have had an item disnounoured when the debit would have only overdrawn my account by only $134.

I have other linked accounts including a Term Deposit and also been a Bankwest custmer for over 40 years.

Hi Richard, I'm really sorry to hear you feel this way.

For security reasons we aren't able to view or provide any personal information via the Forum, however I would like to look into what has happened here and see how we can help.

If you have access to Online Banking, please login and send a BankMail (via the "Message Centre" tab). This is a secured internal email system, which means I can take a look at your customer profile, as your identity would have been verified. If you could then please come back and let me know once this is done so that I can pick it up and respond accordingly.

Thank you.
