Hi @Jules71, you should receive your card first, and can log into online banking to choose a PIN. If you do not set one up within ten business days, we would send one to you in the mail. Thanks!

That may not be true. If you are a secondary card holder and the primary card holder has initialised their card the bank does not send a pin in the post.

Hey @Macka, even if the Primary Card Holder has set up their PIN in Online Banking, we'll still send a PIN via the post for the Additional Card Holder (if they don't also log in to their Online Banking and arrange this Self-Service). It's important to note though, that the letter will be addressed to the Primary Card Holder. Thanks.

No it didn’t happen and we were forced to attend a post office in order to obtain a PIN number. Make sure you are not    Travelling when the bank decides to issue a new card. The second card holder will not be able to use theirs until you can attend a post office or Bankwest branch. Unfortunately the latter can be rare in outback Queensland as can a P.O.
