feedback on a call

Hi.. I just today made a phonecall to ask a question about our home loan.

Jo was friendly, had a lovely phone manner and came across as very empathetic.

Jo was very very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and more! It what is a stressful time for me, she put my mind at ease.

I asked her for her staff number so I could pass on a compliment to her and  hopefully her boss.

well done Jo. You put me at ease. You deserve praise!
