Good morning @maddy - hope you had a great weekend!
We can definitely get that info and could give it to the Bankwest account holder which the money has been taken from. If it's your account, just send me your full name and best contact number to email@example.com and I'll get @SarahF or @LyndsC to give you a call this morning.
○ If you find a response helpful remember to give it 'Kudos'.
○ If it answered your question, make it easier for others to find by selecting 'Accept as Solution'.

Hi @Kylie1, can I ask if you are referring to an unauthorised transaction on your account? If a debit has been taken using your card details without your knowledge or consent, we would suggest calling our Contact Centre ASAP to have this looked into, and the Dispute Process started. However, if you are referring to an automatic payment that you would like stopped and returned, you can request a payment recall be attempted, or a Stop Direct Debit be put in place. These options can also be initiated by calling our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time 7 days a week, or by logging into your Online Banking and chatting with us, between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday. Hope this helps.
