Hi @nellybum, thanks for your enquiry. Whilst a maintenance fee on an account is unable to be waived, there are other options which may work better for you. Our current Everyday Account products can be viewed by clicking here. If you would like to discuss changing your account type, you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance. Alternatively you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 and request to speak with a Sales Consultant. Thanks!
