My wife used to make deposits and withdrawals at our local branch. As this did not register as transactions, her debit card was cancelled. Now the local branch has been closed, how is she now expected to be able to make deposits or withdrawals?

Hi @trevor, I'm sorry to hear your wifes card has been cancelled.
If she logs into her online banking we can arrange a replacement for her. She'll need to click 'Self service' > 'Forms' > 'Debit Mastercard Request Form'.
Once she has the new card, she can use your local post office to deposit up to $6000 per day into her account. Further information is available from Australia Post
