I'm having a dispute with a Removalist company. It's a long story, but the short of it is that they're denying that I paid them. I definitely made a transfer and still have the transfer details I used (and the payment went through), but they're claiming they're a different company with a very similar name.
Is there any way to confirm/find out who the owner of the account is that I transferred the money to? To be clear, the BSB I used was for the Commonwealth Bank. I'm a Bankwest customer though, and so would trust the advice of my own bank more than theirs.

Hi Alex, I'm sorry to hear of your situation and understand this is a stressful time. If you could jump into your online banking and hit the 'Ask us' button (if using our app), or the 'Message us now' button (when logged in using a PC/laptop), our Messaging Team can look into this further and possibly lodge a trace on the transfer. If successful, this will show the recipients name. I do want to let you know that there is a $12 fee for this.
