Hi @Meekz, @BrianL is correct.

If you don't have a bank card, you're unable to make purchases using EFTPOS, and you'll need to request the details to make an electronic funds transfer instead. You can order a card via the "Self Service > Order Debit Mastercard" tab in your Online Banking. Please note that once ordered, it can take up to 10 business days for this to arrive.

As an FYI once you have the card, selecting the "Credit" option at the terminal (instead of "Cheque" or "Savings") will give you access to all of the available funds in your account. This means that you will be able to process purchases over $1000 in one transaction, provided that the funds are cleared and available in your account, and that the merchant does not have a set purchase limit.

The $1000 limit will remain effective for ATM withdrawals ($2000 for Bankwest and CBA ATMs), and EFTPOS purchases using Cheque or Savings, or using a standard Debit Card. I do apologise, though this limit is not able to be increased.

Thank you.
