Hi @soundwon, the bsb is the first 6 digits that comes before the account number. It will be displayed on your statements that we send you, or if you have access to online banking you can view it there also.

Your BSB number will differ based on the state and branch your account was opened in.

You can find your BSB for your account easily, by logging into Bankwest Online Banking, via either your web browser or the Bankwest app on your device, and looking at the accounts page.

Hi @brookieb, can I please confirm your account type?

If this is an everyday transactional account, savings account or loan, the BSB will be the first 6 digits, starting with 30. The last 7 digits is the account number. There is no BSB on a credit card, as the 16 digit card number is used as the full account number.

If you can't see any account information in Online Banking, this is also listed on any previously issued statements. Whilst we aren't able to view or provide any personal information via the Forum, our Contact Centre are able to provide you with this information by calling 13 17 19, or by selecting the "Message us Now' tab within your Online Banking. Both of these services are available 24/7 for your convenience.

I hope this helps, please do let me know if you require any further assistance.
