HI @Lynnq, we charge a fee for authorised overdrafts - and the same fee applies if honoured transactions result in your account going into unauthorised overdraft by $1,000 or more, or for 10 days or more.

The fee varies according to the amount the account is overdrawn and full details can be found in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).

My account has been charged a line of credit fee $20 but my account was never overdrawen by $1000. This is the 2nd time this has happened the first time i went into the bank and they couldn't explain why i had been charged that and returned my money straight away. Do i have to go into the bank again?

Hi @Southern, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. I have a feeling that this charge may have been done in relation to the other post you just did on the Forum about the charges you've had from the Casino game. When you give our team a call in regards to that they can also look into these charges. Thanks!

It would be best if you can call us on 13 17 19 or log into online banking to live chat with our team so we can look into what transaction caused this. Thanks!
