So I waste three hours in a day at bankwest on 18th /September fill out all they paper work they requested from me to do about my dispute with iTunes then no answer. Explained that when I called to inform your of this a staff memeber over the phone laughed and called me an idiot ,, Then one month later you rely by been ToLD by mail THAT BANKWEST mistakenly placed into an envelope my personal details got mailed to a another customer. Linking out to a other customer my bsb and account number
