Hi, my husband attended a branch and made a real time transfer. The money didn't leave our account until the next day and the recipient is yet to see the funds. The bank employee did not give him a receipt/remittance of any kind and we are unable to prove to the recipient that the transfer has indeed been made. Why is Bankwest not able to provide us with any kind of paper-trail? Thankyou kindly for your help.

Hi @Em1 from what you've described, it sounds like the transfer was submitted after our same day transfer cut off time, which is why it didn't leave your account until the following day. The recipient should've received this the following business day.
If not, please head into the branch that processed the transfer so we can follow this up for you.
In regard to the receipt, this would be a copy of the form, the branch should be able to provide a copy of this if your husband hadn't requested one initially.
