Hi @Smacka, I'm really sorry to hear that this has happened. If you are unable to resolve this with the merchant, you can complete a Transaction Dispute Form so that Bankwest can investigate this on your behalf. Further details on How to dispute a transaction are available via this previous Forum post, including how to obtain the form and where to send it back to. Hope this helps!

Hi, I have the same question as the OP. I authorised the transaction using EFTPOS but later looked at my tax invoice and realised the restaurant has charged me for items we did not order. I looked the at Transaction Dispute Form and it says "If you are disputing a transaction (other than those made by selecting the Cheque, Savings or Credit key at an EFT Terminal and entering a PIN to authorise the transaction)"... Can I still fill in the form because I did use "Credit" at an EFT Terminal and entered my PIN? Overcharged by $50+
