I'm living in the UK and I used my BW credit card to top up my mobile prepaid. 2 payments worked, 2 payments errored. 2 payments are reflective in the top up. 2 are not however have still been deducted from my credit card.
I called the telecommunications company and they said the payment was reject from the bank end. However, the payment has been taken, but not gone anywhere.
I thought to complete the transaction dispute form, but I am living in the UK and can't attend a store to hand the form in.
Should I wait a few days to see if it corrects itselft???

Hi @JennyT, I'm sorry to hear this. If one of the transactions is showing as "Authorisation Only", there is a possibility that it will clear automatically within 3 - 5 business days of the initial attempt. If this does not occur, you can certainly request that Bankwest dispute this on your behalf. The previous Forum post How to Dispute a Transaction will assist in how to obtain, complete, and submit the form. You won't have to visit a store to hand it in - it can be emailed or posted!
