Hi Alien, if you give us a call on 13 17 19 at any time, we can assist with your maturity instructions to withdraw the funds in the deposit.
Alternatively, you can put your request in writing (signed by hand) through the BankMail service of your online banking. Once logged into our full website, please hit 'Message centre' > 'BankMail' > 'compose' > 'attach' to send this through. Your request will need to include your full name, the term deposit account number, the amount of the transfer, the recipient account number, a sentence requesting for the funds to be transferred and your signature in either blue or black pen.

I followed your instructions and sent a bank email + attachment
No human reply to my email
In the 'automated' reply, it says my email will be answered in 2 working days ..didnt happen
I sent another bank email yesterday
Got another dumb automated reply
Given you closed the only branch in Newcastle, do I get that you now want me to drive to Sydney to communicate with a Bankwest employee ??
Is this my only option ??

and no, ringing is not an option as no-one answers the phone only puts customers in a queue until they get bored and hang up!
maybe, you could be proactive and provide some customer service by giving me a DIRECT PHONE NUMBER to a bank employee that I could connect with directly and save me having to drive to Sydney

Hey again Alien, I'm very sorry to hear you've not yet received a reply to your two BankMail messages and can appreciate this is concerning.
Our closest branch to Newcastle is now located in Erina. I understand this is a bit of a trek just to visit the bank.
Would you mind sending me an email to email@example.com with your Forum username, full name and best contact number so I can arrange for a specialist to call you directly?
