I bought 2 items on my credit card online and, when the window came up with all the details, mine were wrong. i.e. both the billing address and delivery address were incorrect. I tried to go back and change it but it disappeared so I went on to check my statement and look up the company. There were 2 companies and neither of them came up on a google search. I called 131719, twice, to stop the payments and both times they could not hear me. Hence I am using this forum in an attempt to resolve the issue. At present, I am in the USA and not home until October.
Is there a landline I could call?
