If you've set up the payment in your online banking, you'll need to go to 'payments & transfers' then 'scheduled payments' via the left hand menu of online banking. Then either edit or delete the payment. If you need to delete it (not edit it) you can do it via the Bankwest App. You can find more info on scheduled payments, your payment history and more in our 'managing payments & limits' section of our website.
If however you set this up over the phone, you'll need to give us a call on 13 17 19 to make any changes to the payment.
