Im in Japan and cannot contact bank by phone ,it is way too expensive ,but need to stop a DD payment . Bank has been notified I'm here .

Need to stop DD payment as the company who arrange it are not communicating with me and phoning is not practical ,email is only form of communication.

Just hit the 'Message us now' button at the bottom of your online banking window, or the 'Ask us' button at the bottom of the app menu to start a conversation.
