Hi @MichelleWhittred, thanks for getting in touch. Whilst we are unable to email statements, there are a couple of ways to obtain these, as below:
- Speak with our Contact Centre and request an "Interim Statement" be posted to you.
- You can request an up-to-date statement be generated and sent to you. If you're registered for eStatements, this would be available to view within your Online Banking the following day.
Please note that there may be fees involved for the posting of these. Whilst both of these statement types will show you all of the transactions on an account from the last statement issue date though until the request date, it's important to note that an up-to-date statement will change your next statement issue date, according to the current frequency in which these are received. Also, an Interim Statement can be issued via the post only, whilst an up-to-date statement is able to be sent via your Online Banking (if you're registered for eStatements).
To arrange this, you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19, or you can login to your Online from a PC and select the "Message us Now" tab at any time, they're available 24/7 for your convenience.

i need statements for my MasterCard for the months in and around October 2017. I need them because I attended a conference in Canada that month and I need proof of expenditure because the ATO is asking for that, 2 years on. Since that time I have left my previous employer and so don’t have access to my (then) work email. I have not kept copies of my credit card statements from that time - hence this request.
i have never set up online banking for this credit card account, so I can’t request them via that medium.
what do you suggest I do?
