If you have registered your account(s) for eStatements, you will be able to view these via the "Account Information > eStatements" tab within your Online Banking, or via the "eStatements" tab on the Mobile App. If you would like to set up your accounts to receive eStatements, this link will show you how. Hi @jayjay04, thanks for your enquiry. Please note that I have updated your post to remove your email address for security purposes.
Whilst we are unable to email statements, if you're registered for eStatements you will be able to view/save/print these within your Online Banking. If not, you can register by selecting "Self Service > Statement Options" from the left side menu.
Alternatively, you can request that our Contact Centre mail a statement to you, which will take 5 - 7 business days to arrive via the post. Please note that there is a fee for this. You can do this by calling 13 17 19, or by logging into your Online Banking and selecting the "Message us Now" tab at any time.
