Hi. I have deposited some money via a smart atm about 24 hours ago. The money was cleared but it seems to be in my total balance and not my available balance and I'm not sure why. I don't see any reason for it not to be available. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks @hella, as I can confirm the ATM within the Whitfords store is a Smart ATM - it may be best to speak with our Contact Centre to have this looked into further. You can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Message us Now" button on your screen 24/7 for assistance, or you can call 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week. Let me know how you go.
