I have twice requested an appointment for personal financial advice via the Bankwest website. The form returns a confirmation message along the lines of "thanks, you'll be contacted within 1 business day to set up an appointment" - yet I have never once received any contact. Yes, I did check I filled in all my info correctly ;;-) but it made me wonder if perhaps this form is broken?
My first thoughts are always that it's a meatware issue .. but I can't see where I'd have gone wrong this time! Any thoughts?
