Short version, it seems some people have worked out how to game the points earning opportunities on the Bankwest Qantas Transaction Account, by using macros/scripts to process repeat small value transactions on the card daily, usually with the same online merchant.
Reviewing the T&C's of the Bankwest Qantas Rewards Program for the Bankwest Qantas Transaction Account, it would seem that people doing this would be in breach of Sect. 5 by "peforming transactions we decide... involve an abuse of your Account"; and puts them at risk of Sect. 7 where "we reasonably decide that you are behaving fraudulently" and they could lose the points.
Any ideas on the best way to report this kind of activity, and the information I've found, to make sure BWA isn't getting hosed on points and is able to take the appropriate action with any accounts exhibiting this behaviour?

Thanks @thewinchester for the message. We do have processes and controls in place to monitor this type of activity and take appropriate action when we find accounts that are in breach of our T&Cs. If you'd like to email any information through to our Forum email box we can send this onto our teams to review. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org - thanks!

Really appreciate the heads up on this @thewinchester! As @SarahF said, we do identify and address this sort of activity but knowing our customers have our back too is not only reassuring, but also helps us have the greatest impact on taking appropriate actions.
Ultimately, this sort of behaviour/gaming has a negative impact on our other customers, such as yourself, doing the 'right thing', as it affects our ability to offer such great promotional offers to our customers.
