Hi @Leahk, thanks for contacting us in regards to this reopening an account after it was closed due to account inactivity. If the account was just in your name (not joint names) and was closed within the last 90 days then we can look at doing this over the phone. You can call us on 13 17 19. If the account was in joint names you'd need to go into the store that originally opened the account. If the account was closed over 90 days ago then we would need to look at options of opening a new one which we can also do over the phone (or you can do this in online banking under 'offers and apply'.
