Reference number has changed

Hi.I have made a bpay payment to my credit card that is with another bank.I had not realized that the reference number has changed.What happens to the money I have tried to bpay.

Hi @craig1, generally if the receiving account has closed or is invalid, the funds will automatically bounce back to your sending account. 
If for any reason this doesn't happen, a recall of funds can be requested. To do this, you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, our Online Team would be happy to help. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
