How come my reward points are not transferring to my qantas membership card? I have double checked my details and they’re entered correctly.

Hi there @Rhoadesy, how frustrating!
The details need to match exactly on our system and on the Qantas system - this is the most common issue we see so fingers crossed it should be an easy fix
Our Contact Centre are available 24/7 to look into this further for you, by logging in to your Online Banking and selecting "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC. Otherwise, you can give them a call on 13 17 19.
