We’ve all been there at least once – either you’re expecting some money but it hasn’t arrived in your account yet and you don’t know why, or you’ve sent some money to someone else and they haven’t received it yet and you don’t know why...
So if you’re the one that’s sending the money, the first thing you should check before getting worried or calling the Bank are the payment cut off times for Bankwest. This will give you a good idea of when the transfer will actually be processed. If you’ve met the times but the money still hasn’t been received then it’s best you contact us via Online Chat by logging in to Online Banking, or by calling us on 13 17 19.
Hint – You should also use these cut off times to plan your transfers if they need to be received by a certain date.
