Overdraft on my Account

Hi,

I get paid monthly, on the last day of every month. I am having an issue with my mortgage with Keystart such that my contract date of payment is the 27th of every month and they categorically refuse to move that date to adapt to my circumstances!

So essentially, I will be remaining in arrears for the remainder of my home loan. Is there a way to get an overdraft so that my home loan gets through on the 27th and when my pay comes in on the 30 or 31, i pay it back every month?

Hi @Avis, thanks for getting in touch. We don't offer an overdraft facility on our accounts I'm sorry. Whilst there may be other options you can look into, I do apologise that we're not able to assist with this facility.

You'd need to discuss these with your Mortgage provider sorry @Avis, as I'm not sure what they offer in terms of payment frequency, amount etc. Again I do apologise that we aren't able to offer what you're looking for.
