Number of accounts under one PAN

Hi,

 

We've just added another two offset accounts, but we are not seeing them when I log into online banking (but my wife does).  We currently have 12 accounts as is (loans, cc's, OS accounts etc).  A Bankwest rep suggested there was a limit of 12..

 

Is this correct?  Is there any way to have more than this (ie 14)?

 

If not, is there any plans to add support for more than 12?

Hey Mark, at the moment we can only load 12 accounts per PAN I'm sorry. If you have more than 12 accounts we can create an additional PAN for you, please give us a buzz on 13 17 19 to do this. 

I've passed your feedback regarding increasing this number through to our Online Banking Team so they're aware.
