I have faxed through my transaction dispute and it has been a week and I have heard nothing, how do I even know it has been received?

Hi @javash, I'm sorry to hear this.

When you send the fax, you would generally be notified if there were any issues with the sending, or if the transmission was successful.

If you would like to check the progress of the case, you can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Message us Now" button on your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday, or you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week.

Thank you.
