New Payments Platform

When will Bankwest be moving onto the New Payments Platform next year? I note that CBA (who own BWA) are one of the participating institutions and would presumably be moving over on day 1. Will BWA be doing the same or like most products will we have to wait a while (if they come at all)?

Hi @Wilsonb8, we're really excited about the New Payments Platform and it's certainly a business priority for Bankwest - we're investing significant resources in order to bring it to our customers.
We're continuing to work with the other NPP participants across the banking industry in order to meet the timetable and we look forward to making some exciting announcements in early 2018.

Can Bankwest share anything with Businesses that may allow them time to prepare or take advantage of the new system as soon as possible.  Perhaps even stay ahead of competitors by incorporating the system with our websites and online payments from day1?

Hi @Graham2, whilst we don't have anything further to share on this at the moment, as mentioned above it is a business priority for us and we are really looking forward to this being available to our customers. In the meantime you can take a look at the Pay ID website for more information. Thanks!
