National Relay Service

Your IDIOT customer service representative refused to accept my National Relay Service call. 

She then decided to "lock" my PAN number because I couldn't be identified and now I have to go to a branch with Photo ID.

 

I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS.

The operators name was Putri. I'm so angry.
