As we aren't able to view your account(s) and see the transactions via the Forum I wouldn't be able to clarify I'm sorry. If you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, our Online Team would be happy to look into this at any time, 24/7.
