I have a monthly debit from my MasterCard for US$70 to American Bible Society.
I want to cancel this and am having trouble reaching someone in the USA who can help.
Can this be cancelled by BankWEst? Do I need to get it cancelled by American Bible Society?

Hi @JudyC, we can definitely assist here.
If the debit is coming off your card number, the only way that we can stop this is to cancel your current card, and issue you with a new one. To do this, please log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, where our Online Team would be happy to help. Alternatively you can give us a buzz on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
If the funds are deducted from your BSB and Account Number, we'll require the completion of a Stop Payment of Direct Debits Form. Please print out, complete sections one through to three of the form and return to by fax to 1300 664 825. If you believe that money has been incorrectly withdrawn from your account by this direct debit user, please also complete section four of the form.
This form gives Bankwest the required authority to intervene in your arrangement with the merchant and return any future debits they attempt to process to your account. This stop will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt, or by close of business on the following business day if the request is sent on a Friday afternoon, weekend or Public Holiday.
You're then able to scan and send the completed form via BankMail (through the "Message Centre" tab of your Online Banking), otherwise you can fax it to 1300 664 825, or you can drop it into your closest Bankwest branch.
I hope this helps!
