@Soniahanks: The forums might not be the right place for this, and you'd be better giving customer service a call if you're not done so already.
Customer Service will be able to tell you what the issue is, why the money is taken out, and explain when the bank's systems and processes allow those funds to be returned if a credit is indeed due back to you.
If you're using Bankwest's mobile apps, take a look at Easy Alerts. It can let you know when certain events happen, like if one of your account balances goes below a designated amount, or when scheduled payment falls on the next day. This can help you manange your money a little easier, and avoid problems arising from accounts becoming overdrawn, or not having enough for that scheduled transaction.

Hi @Soniahanks, for security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so we're unable to see the details of what's happened. Can I ask if you have spoken with anyone in the bank in regards to this?
