Hi @kullboys, I'm so sorry to hear this has happened.
If you have one of the most updated versions of the Bankwest Mobile App, you can now place a temporary hold on your card via the "Manage" tab of the account once you have selected it from the list. This is a relatively new feature, so it is only available on the most recent versions of the app.
It's also good to note that Mastercard International can offer assistance with emergency cash or card replacement - they can be contacted on +1 636 722 7111. If using an International Operator you may reverse the charges when calling from a landline telephone, though please note that we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
