Late payment admin fees

Hi! I've got a new credit card and I'm not sure why I've been charged $25 late payment fee. I've requested direct debit as my previous card and received confirmation from the bank that it would be automatically debited from my account every month.

Hi @Caropap, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. Via the Forum I'm not able to see what's happened as I can't identify you however if you can call us on 13 17 19 or log into online banking via a computer to live chat with our team we can look into this for you ASAP.
